REGISTRATION AND FEES

To maintain a balance of industry segments represented by attendees, and to facilitate optimal networking, we are limiting attendance of service providers (categories noted in A, below) to no more than 12% of our audience. Sponsorship opportunities remain in some categories.

Please note the letter associated with the category applicable to your firm (A, B, or C below) and make that choice on the online registration page or the Registration Form PDF

  1. SERVICE PROVIDERS (in the categories of Law Firm, Accounting Firm, Placement Agent, Executive Search, Software Provider, Consultant, & other Service Providers to be determined at the discretion of the conference organizer)
    Registration rate (attendance open until target limit reached) $2,595 (Not Available: SOLD OUT)*
    * We regret that we can no longer accept new Service Provider registrations for the 2012 Women's PE Summit in order to maintain our target attendee composition.     Early registration rate (registration & payment by 1/25/12) $1,795 per person
    Standard registration rate (effective 1/26/12) $1,995 per person
  3. INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS (Public Pension Funds, Endowments, Foundations, Family Offices investing in private equity & alternatives)
    Registration rate $ 495 per person*
    * ILPA Members receive an additional $200 discount for a $295 rate. Please call us at +1 781.652.0900.
    * Complimentary registrations are available for public pension and university endowments, who may call us at +1 781.652.0900.

Note: The Summit registration fee includes attendance at plenary sessions, breakout sessions, roundtable discussions, continental breakfasts, luncheon, networking refreshment breaks, Summit networking cocktail receptions, and Friday morning Wellness Activities. The Summit registration fee does not include travel or hotel accommodations.

Please note: Admittance to the Thursday evening networking cocktail reception requires registration for the full conference. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. Thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Written cancellations received via e-mail at Registration@FalkMarquesGroup.com or telephone at +1 781.652.0900 through Wednesday, February 15, 2012 will receive a refund less a $300 administrative fee, per person. After that date, no refunds will be made. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason. Falk Marques Group is not responsible for cancellations that were never received. Please call to confirm receipt of any such requests.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions within a company may be arranged without additional charge as long as Falk Marques Group is notified in writing prior to the conference. Shared registrations are not permitted. Registrations may not be transferred to a future Summit.
